1.Bachelor Degree in COM or relevent major;
2.4-6 years working experience in COM;especially has experience from 4 star hotel or above
3.Background in COM or Luxury industry is preferred;

Sales Executive
Organic international wine importer is looking for Sales Executives, with experience in sales, preference with experience in wine sales, and proficient to work as a Team Player, open to learn and share previous experience. - 2-3 years of prior sales experience with wine or in the F&B industry
- Passionate about sales in the trade and retail sector

- Understand the market and basic knowledge of Public Relations and the way to close deals.
- Spoken and written English is required, and spoken and written Chinese would be very useful; any other language will be seen as an advantage (Spanish, French, Italian, etc)

ABOUT SGA:
The Shanghai Gallery of Art (SGA) at Three on the Bund is Shanghai's most prominent contemporary art venue, showcasing museum-quality exhibitions of world-renowned and newly emerging international artists. This striking space, with stunning views and its six story signature atrium, was designed by celebrated architect Michael Graves. Located on the third floor of the iconic and much awarded Three on the Bund, SGA dedicates an expansive 1,200 square meters to its dynamic exhibition program, collection facilities, VIP room, and gallery store.
SUMMARY:
Provide leadership, coordination, and promotion of the Gallery's sales, marketing and sponsorship functions. Develop and implement sales, marketing and sponsorship strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1.Cultivating and maintaining existing clientele, will be responsible for bringing in new collectors, servicing existing clients and increasing the gallery's contacts and sales.
2.Negotiation of the majority of sales.
3.Identify and cultivate relationship with new sponsors for the gallery's exhibition program. Come up with creative ways in which the gallery/artists can work with brands to mutually beneficial ends. Cultivation and maintenance of existing sponsors.
4.Planning and implementing Art Fairs (average 4/year) including application to fairs, helping to choose artworks with a clear strategy in mind, working with gallery registrar to coordinate shipping, planning the booth layout, direct communications materials, coordinating staff at the booth, and manning the booth during fair time.
5.Managing and promoting Galley Space Rentals for short term events.
6.Attend events outside of the gallery: parties, openings and entertain clients as needed. Must be flexible in terms of time.
Necessary Skills:
1.3+ years working at a high level museum, gallery, or at an auction house
2.Fluent, reading, writing and spoken, English and Mandarin
3.Working knowledge of Contemporary Art (with an emphasis on Chinese contemporary Art), with good art writing skills
4.Must be fluent in the following software: Power Point, Microsoft Office, Outlook, familiarity with Gallery Syst ems, Artbase or other Inventory software a plus.
